Miss Kristen Rose

I started competitive swim at 12 years old and swam 1 year in college. I started lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons at 15 yrs old. I graduated college with a Bachelor’s in Movement Science with emphasis’ in K-12 and Exercise Science.
I taught high school for 7 years and started their Varsity Swim Team. I coached there for 6yrs.
During this time I also coached a novice swim team (5-12yrs old) each summer while teaching private swim lessons (9yrs). I started Aqua Tech Swim Lessons and have been at this location for the past 11 yrs.

Miss Alyssa

I was a competitive swimmer starting at the age of 5 all the way through college! I have about 7 years of experience teaching swim lessons both group and individual along with lifeguarding. I am currently in school earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, where I plan to work with either the neurologic or pediatric population!

I have years of experience with content creation for professional organizations in undergraduate & doctoral school.
